Grow Your Pest Control Business

Buildingsruled Pest Control is a referral service. Homeowners in Crestwood, KY and the Crestwood area come to us with pest and wildlife problems. We pass their requests to independent providers in our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. We are looking for established contractors who want homeowner calls and requests in their service area.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and bed bug treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Home termite treatment

Solo operators and small companies are both welcome. What matters is that you do good work and treat homeowners fairly.

What We Expect

Providers in our network agree to some simple standards:

• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance your state requires.
• Explain the problem and the plan in plain words.
• Give written quotes, with the scope, number of visits and total price clearly stated.
• Be honest about timing. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare quotes and say no.
• Follow humane and legal practices for wildlife.

You set your own prices and run your own jobs. You are responsible for your work, your warranty and your staff.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@buildingsruled.property. Please include:

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns or areas you cover
• Your license and insurance details, as required in your state
• A phone number and the preferred way to reach you

We will review your note and reply if your coverage fits homeowner demand. Sending an email does not mean you have been accepted into the network.
