Buildingsruled Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in Crestwood, KY and the Crestwood area. We connect people who have a pest or wildlife problem with independent local providers. We are not a pest control company. The providers in our network are separate businesses, and they are the ones who visit your home.

How Providers Are Matched

You describe the problem through the estimate form or by phone. We pass the details to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job. Pest control, rodent and wildlife removal, and termite treatment are different trades, so matching matters.

Availability varies by provider. Many can respond quickly, but timing is set by the provider, not by us.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Give a written quote you can read at home.
• Describe the treatment, any follow-up visits and how you should prepare.
• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires for the work.
• Respect your home and your questions.

What We Do Not Do

We do not treat homes, set traps, seal entry points or inspect for termites. We do not set prices. The provider you choose is responsible for the work, the quote and any warranty they offer.

We are also not an insurance adviser. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You pay the provider for the work, not Buildingsruled Pest Control. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You are never required to hire anyone. Ask every provider to put the full price in writing before work begins.

Compare Before You Commit

Costs vary a lot by job. As a rough guide in the U.S., a one-time household pest treatment often runs from about one hundred to a few hundred dollars. Rodent exclusion and wildlife work can run from a few hundred to well over a thousand. Termite treatment can run from several hundred to a few thousand, depending on the home and method.
